Customization Options

If you're looking for custom favors, we're so glad you've found us! We have lots of customization options for our party and event favors.

Tags and labels, phrases, colors, fonts, and bows can all be customized for your occasion. We can even create a custom flavor for you!

• How can I customize packaging? Do you have any minimums?

When you order lip balms with our standard labels and no decoration, there is no minimum. Lip balms can also have custom labels, custom tags, or custom labels AND tags. (Click here to see examples of sample tags and labels.) We currently require a minimum order of 10 for personalized favors.

• What do the favors cost?

Our most popular favors are lip balms, and we have several options. The pricing depends on the level of personalization:

1. Standard Labels: No minimum, no personalization. $2.95 each
2. Custom Labels: Minimum 10, personalized. $3.25 each
3. Custom Tags: Minimum 10, personalized tags, standard labels. $3.50 each
4. Custom Labels and Tags: Minimum 10, personalized labels and tags. $3.75 each

• Can I choose the color of my favor bows?

Absolutely! See the color chart below with all of our tulle colors (followed by the color names). When you select the type of favor you'd like, this chart will also appear during checkout so you can select your color.

• How do I provide my text or additional information?

As you're placing your order, the shopping cart will prompt you to provide your order details, including quantity, flavor, label and tag design, and tulle color. If you change your mind after you've placed an order and you want to make a change, don't worry! We will ALWAYS e-mail you about your custom order shortly after we receive it. (Make sure you provide the correct e-mail address during checkout.)

You're welcome to contact us directly with any questions or concerns, or special requests for custom flavors or fragrances.

• Can I see what my labels/tags will look like before they are shipped?

We will always provide a draft copy of your personalized labels and/or tags via e-mail. We want to make sure you're happy with the design and that we have all of the details (colors, dates, phrases, spellings) correct.

• Can I order just the tags or labels? I don't want the favors.

Our labels and tags are designed especially for our favors and at this time we are unable to process orders for separate, customized print work. If you need to order additional tags or labels along with your favors, please contact us to check on availability.
